What we offer
Guaranteed Rent
We offer up to 100% market rent and pay you monthly. Both long-term contracts of 3-5+ years, as well as flexible contracts to suit your needs (minimum 3 months).

No Fees
As a company, we do not enjoy any of the tenant rights which come with a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy. This gives you maximum control over your property, and peace of mind.
